14.28 kW Solar and 23.4 kWh Battery Installation in Fulham, SA
28 new Jinko panels added to the existing ones, which were restrung into a new 10 kW Sigenergy three phase inverter with three batteries and house backup.
If your system has gone quiet, shows a fault code or is not producing like it used to, our electricians will find out why and fix it properly.
A solar system is meant to run for years without much attention, but inverters fail, isolators trip and panels or wiring wear. When yours does, the first step is a free on-site assessment. One of our licensed electricians checks the inverter, the isolators, the switchboard and the array, and tells you what is wrong in plain language.
We repair and replace inverters and look after systems of any brand, in Woodville, Henley Beach, West Lakes, Seaton, Kidman Park and the other western suburbs. We come from our Adelaide office at Salisbury Plain, and there is no travel charge.
A licensed electrician measures your roof and your bill. No phone quotes.
Solar systems have few moving parts, but they still develop faults. Inverters are the usual culprit, showing an error code or going offline. Isolators and connectors wear, cables get damaged, panels crack, and monitoring drops out so a fault goes unnoticed for months. Near the coast at Henley Beach and Grange, salt adds corrosion to the list.
The quickest sign is often your bill. If it is higher than it should be, or the app shows nothing for days, it is worth getting the system checked.
Our electricians start by reading the inverter and comparing what the system should produce with what it does. Then we test strings and connections, check the isolators and look over the switchboard. Most faults have a clear cause, and we explain it in plain words before suggesting a fix.
If the inverter is the problem, we tell you honestly whether repair or replacement makes more sense. A new inverter can be matched to your existing panels, and if you are thinking about a battery later, we can choose one that leaves that door open.
Solar carries high voltage direct current on the roof, so faults are not a job for a handyman. We repair systems of any brand, including ones installed by other companies, and our workmanship is covered by our 10-year warranty.
The assessment is free and there is no travel charge anywhere in the service area. If you want solar repairs in West Adelaide, from Woodville to the coast, we will book a time that suits you.

Not always. Some codes are brief grid events that clear on their own, while others point to a failed part. Note the code, take a photo of the screen and check whether the system is still producing power. Do not open the inverter yourself. Contact us and we will read the code properly, test the system and tell you whether it needs a repair or a replacement.
We work on all the common brands, not only the ones we install. An electrician will look at the inverter, the wiring and the panels whatever the make. If a part is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, we say so. If the inverter is not worth repairing, we will quote a replacement that works with your existing panels.
Yes. We look at systems installed by other companies, including ones whose installer has closed. We check the work against current safety rules, test what is running and tell you what needs doing. You will not be pushed into replacing things that are fine, and you will hear the cost before any work starts.
We compare what the system should make with what it is making. Then we check for shade that has grown in, dirty or damaged panels, loose or corroded connections and an inverter that is struggling. Close to salt air, salt build-up and corrosion can be a factor. Once we find the cause, we explain it and quote the fix.
