You do not have to give us personal information, but if you choose not to, we may not be able to quote, install, service or respond to you.
We collect information when you fill in a form on this website or one of our landing pages, use a calculator or tool on the site, call or text us, email us, message us on social media, book an assessment, accept a quote, have work done, apply for a job, or leave a review. Calls to and from our office and sales team may be recorded. We record calls for training, quality and record-keeping purposes, so that we can check what was discussed and agreed, improve how our team handles enquiries, and resolve any later query about a job. Recordings and call notes are stored securely in our customer relationship system (see How we store and protect it) and are only available to our team. By continuing with a call you consent to it being recorded. If you would prefer not to be recorded, tell us at the start of the call and we will make other arrangements, for example continuing by email.
We use your personal information to run our business and to provide and promote our services. In particular we use it to:

Your details, enquiry history, call recordings, quotes and job records are stored securely in our customer relationship system, GoHighLevel, and in our job management and accounting systems. Access is limited to our team and is controlled by individual logins. We use reputable, access-controlled providers and keep our systems up to date, and our website uses encryption (HTTPS) for everything you send us. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will tell you and, where required, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm.
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above and to meet our legal obligations, which for job and warranty records can be ten years or more. After that it is deleted or de-identified.
