21.6 kW Solar and 54.6 kWh Sigenergy Battery Installation in Pie Creek, QLD
45 AIKO panels, two 15 kW three phase Sigenergy inverters, seven Sigenergy batteries and an EV charger, with house backup through a Sigenergy gateway.
Our electricians diagnose faults, replace failed inverters and service solar systems around Gympie, on any brand and whoever fitted it.
A solar system that has gone quiet is easy to ignore until the bill arrives. If your inverter shows a fault, your app has stopped reporting, or the panels seem to be making less than they used to, we can find out why. A licensed Deionno electrician comes from the Corbould Park office, tests the system and tells you what is wrong, with no travel charge.
We repair and service systems in Southside, Monkland, Kybong, Woondum and Imbil, and out through the Mary Valley. The first step is a free on-site assessment, so you get a diagnosis and a quote before any work starts.
A licensed electrician measures your roof and your bill. No phone quotes.
Solar panels are tough and usually last for decades. The inverter is the part that most often fails, and the rest of the faults tend to be small things that add up: a tripped isolator, a loose connector, birds nesting under the array, a Wi-Fi drop that makes the app read zero. Out on rural blocks, long cable runs and sheds add a few more places for a problem to hide.
If you have been searching for gympie solar repairs, the first thing we do is find out what is actually wrong, because a fault light and a failed unit are not the same job.
A licensed electrician arrives with test gear, reads the inverter’s fault history and checks panels, cabling, isolators and the connection at the switchboard. You get a plain diagnosis on the day, with the options laid out and a quote for the fix. If the inverter has failed we can replace it with a current model. Where a battery is part of the system, we check that the new inverter and battery will work together. We repair any brand, including systems fitted by an installer you can no longer reach.
Sometimes the honest answer is that nothing is broken and the system is fine. Sometimes an older inverter is not worth repairing. We tell you which, and what each option costs, before any work begins. There is no travel charge anywhere in the Gympie area and the assessment is free. Call 1800 610 165 to book.

If the unit is hot, noisy or smells burnt, switch the system off at the isolator and leave the inverter closed. If it is only a fault light and everything else seems normal, note the code or the colour and pattern of the light and call us. We will tell you whether to switch it off until we visit.
No. We service and repair solar systems whatever the brand and whoever installed them, including systems from companies that are no longer trading. If you have the model details, tell us when you book, or we can read them off the unit at the visit. We explain the fault and the options before any work starts.
We charge nothing for travel anywhere in our service area, and that includes valleys and rural properties well out of town. The on-site assessment is free too. Once we have found the fault we quote the repair, and you decide whether to go ahead. You are never charged for the drive out from Corbould Park.
First see whether the inverter has power and the isolators are on. If the inverter is off or showing a fault, or the home Wi-Fi has dropped, the app can read zero even when the panels are fine. If those all check out, we test the panels and wiring on site and find the cause.
