14.73 kW Solar and 41.6 kWh Battery Installation in Flinders Park, SA
31 LONGi panels replacing an existing system, a 10 kW GoodWe inverter and five battery modules on a dual phase supply, with a switchboard upgrade.
We install batteries with new solar or as a retrofit to the system you already have, fitted by our own electricians across the western suburbs.
If you already have panels on the roof, a battery lets you keep more of what they produce instead of exporting it. If you are starting fresh, we can design the solar and battery together. Either way, we begin with a free on-site assessment, when an electrician looks at your switchboard, your supply and the spot where the battery will sit.
Our team installs batteries in Woodville, Henley Beach, West Lakes, Findon, Fulham and Lockleys, among other suburbs, working from our Adelaide office at Salisbury Plain. There is no travel charge, and the quote is free.
A licensed electrician measures your roof and your bill. No phone quotes.
Most homes in the western suburbs have a garage, a side passage or an outside wall that can take a battery, though space is tighter on townhouses and smaller blocks. We look at the location, the distance to the switchboard and inverter, and any clearances the manufacturer requires. Close to the coast, we pay attention to protection from weather and salt.
The brand matters less than the fit. We are certified for Sigenergy, Sungrow and Tesla Powerwall, and we also install GoodWe batteries. We recommend whichever suits your house and your panels.
A battery on its own stores power. Backup, the part that keeps the lights and the fridge running in a blackout, needs a gateway and some switchboard work. We decide with you whether backup should cover the whole house or just the essential circuits. If your board is old or crowded, an upgrade is often part of the job, and as electricians we can do it in the same visit.
If you already have solar, a retrofit can connect a battery to your existing system. We check the age and make of the inverter and decide whether the battery should come with its own inverter or whether to replace the old one with a hybrid. For people starting from scratch, we design the new solar and battery together.
The assessment is free, the quote is free and there is no travel charge anywhere in the service area. Our workmanship carries a 10-year warranty. If you are looking for battery installers in the western suburbs of Adelaide, we are based at Salisbury Plain and ready to book a visit.

Usually, yes. A battery can be added to an existing system, either by connecting it on the AC side with its own inverter, or by replacing an older inverter with a hybrid one. Which suits depends on the age and brand of your system, so we check the inverter and the switchboard at the assessment and recommend the neater option rather than the dearest one.
It can, if it is installed with backup. Backup needs a gateway and some switchboard work, and it can cover the whole house or just essential circuits like lights, the fridge and internet. A big load such as ducted air conditioning may need to stay off backup. We go through what you want to run before settling the design.
It can. Three phase homes need a matching inverter and, if you want backup, a switchboard arrangement that handles all three phases correctly. Some batteries back up a single phase only, while others can cover all three. We check your supply at the assessment so the battery and inverter match what the house actually has.
Yes. Every battery we install connects to the brand’s monitoring app, and we set it up with you on handover. You can see what the panels make, what the house uses and how full the battery is. If an alert ever turns up, we are the team to call, because we are the ones who installed it.
