21.6 kW Solar and 54.6 kWh Sigenergy Battery Installation in Pie Creek, QLD
45 AIKO panels, two 15 kW three phase Sigenergy inverters, seven Sigenergy batteries and an EV charger, with house backup through a Sigenergy gateway.
We are solar specialists first, but our electricians also do the switchboard, charger and supply work that often sits behind a solar job.
Not every electrical job is about solar, but a lot of them end up connected to it. An old switchboard may not take a new inverter, an EV charger needs the right circuit, and a shed far from the house needs a proper supply. We do this work as licensed electricians, based at our Corbould Park office, with no travel charge into Gympie.
We work in Araluen, Glanmire, Southside, Chatsworth and Veteran, and across the district. Your first step is a free on-site assessment. We look at the board, the wiring and what you want to add, tell you what is needed and quote it.
A licensed electrician measures your roof and your bill. No phone quotes.
Gympie has plenty of older homes that have been extended and rewired in stages, and a lot of rural and acreage properties where a shed, a bore or a pump sits a long way from the house. Those two situations produce most of the electrical jobs we see: a switchboard that is full or out of date, and supply that struggles over distance.
Searching for an electrician gympie usually means you want a licensed person who will explain the job plainly. That is how we work. Our electricians tell you what the board or wiring needs, what is optional and what the quote covers.
Our focus is the electrical work that goes with solar and batteries. That includes switchboard upgrades, EV charger installs, three phase upgrades, new circuits, supply to sheds and outbuildings, and electrical work for businesses adding solar. Because we also install the solar, we know what an inverter, battery or charger needs from the board and can sort that in the same visit.
The free assessment takes about an hour. We inspect the board, the wiring we can see and the supply, ask what you want to add and explain what has to change. A written quote follows. Our electricians do the work and test it before they leave. Workmanship carries a 10-year warranty, there is no travel charge from Corbould Park, and quotes are free. Questions first? Yes, for part of the day. The board has to be isolated while we change it. We plan the work to keep the outage as short as we can, tell you the window beforehand and suggest times that suit you. Anything sensitive, like medical equipment or a freezer, is worth mentioning at the assessment so we plan around it.
We can design and install the work on your side of the meter and arrange it with the network, which decides whether three phase is available at your address. We check the existing supply at the free assessment and tell you what is realistic before you commit. Three phase often suits pumps, bigger loads and larger solar and battery systems.
Yes. It is a dedicated circuit from your switchboard to a wall charger, and we supply and fit chargers from Sigenergy, Tesla and GoodWe. The main check is whether the board has room and capacity. Older boards sometimes need work first, and we price that into the quote.
We take on commercial sites alongside our solar and battery work, such as supply upgrades, switchboards and new circuits for a business that is adding solar. Tell us what you need and we visit for a free assessment before quoting. If a job is outside what we do, we say so upfront.
