Noosa is a mix of settings. Near the beaches and the river there are low-set homes, units and holiday houses, many of them close to the water. Salt air is hard on fixings and connectors, so we choose hardware with that in mind and keep the layout tidy and easy to service. Inland, around Cooroy, Eumundi and Pomona, you find bigger blocks, tin roofs, sheds and a lot more trees.
Trees are the usual complication. Shade on part of a roof changes where panels go and sometimes which inverter suits, so we look at it with you on site. If cooroy solar or eumundi solar is what you have been searching for, expect us to talk about sheds and acreage as often as rooftops.
We visit for about an hour at no cost, measure the roof, photograph the switchboard and go through your bills. A design follows, built from how you use power and not from a stock package. Once you say yes we handle the approvals and the network connection, then our electricians install. A home is usually done in a day, and a larger system can take up to three. At handover we test the system, set up the monitoring app and show you how to read it.

Not usually. Trees only matter if their shade falls on the panels through the middle of the day. We check how the sun crosses your roof at the assessment, place panels on the clearer sections, and can use optimisers or an inverter that copes with partial shade. If a roof really is too shaded, we tell you before you spend anything.
Yes. We lodge the approvals and arrange the connection with the network for you, so you are not chasing forms. During the assessment we explain what to expect and flag anything the property needs before the network will sign off. All you need to do is have a recent bill handy and be available on install day.
Power is only off briefly while we connect to the switchboard, and we agree the timing with you beforehand. Most homes are finished in a day, and bigger systems can take up to three. We give you the likely window at the assessment so you can plan around work, school or a full freezer.
