30.09 kW Off-Grid Solar and 40 kWh Battery System in Mount Pleasant, SA
59 Jinko panels on connected shed roofs, a 25 kW three phase Sungrow hybrid inverter and a 40 kWh Sungrow battery, running without a grid connection.
From the Redcliffe peninsula to the Samford Valley, we design each system from your power bills and install it with our own licensed electricians.
Deionno has been an electrician-led solar installer since 2017, and our Sunshine Coast office looks after North Brisbane. Your system is designed by an electrician, installed by our own licensed team and handed over by the people who stood on your roof.
We work in North Lakes, Mango Hill, Kippa-ring and Newport, and out through Redcliffe, Strathpine and Samford. The first step is a free 60-minute assessment at your home. We check the roof, switchboard, meter and bills, then send a written quote. There is no charge for the visit and no travel fee.
A licensed electrician measures your roof and your bill. No phone quotes.
North Brisbane is not one kind of place. The Redcliffe peninsula has bayside suburbs like Scarborough, Margate and Woody Point, where salty air is a good reason to be fussy about mounting hardware and cable. North Lakes and Mango Hill are newer estates. Strathpine, Petrie and Lawnton are older, settled streets. Further out, Samford, Dayboro and Mount Mee have acreage and bigger sheds.
That mix decides the design. Tile and tin roofs both turn up, so we check the roof type, pitch and shade before we draw anything. Larger blocks may suit a bigger array or a shed roof, and some older homes need the switchboard looked at first. If you have been searching for north lakes solar or redcliffe solar, the useful question is what a system saves on your own bills, so that is where we start.
After the assessment we size the system from your bills, show you the layout and put the quote in writing. If you go ahead, we book the install and handle the paperwork with your network provider. Our electricians do the roof work, wiring and commissioning themselves. Most homes finish in a day, and larger systems take up to three. Before we leave, we show you the monitoring app and hand over your warranty documents.
We are electricians first, so the wiring gets the same care as the panels. We are certified for Sungrow, Sigenergy and Tesla Powerwall, and we back our workmanship for 10 years. If you are comparing solar installers in North Brisbane, ask each one who actually does the install on the day. Ours is our own team.
The assessment and the quote are free, and there is no travel charge anywhere in North Brisbane. To book a visit, call 1800 610 165 or use the quote button.

Yes. Tile roofs are very common around here, and our electricians fit them regularly. We lift the tiles, fix the rails to the rafters and replace the tiles neatly so the roof stays weathertight. Tin, Colorbond and flat roofs are fine too. We confirm the roof type, pitch and condition at the free assessment before we quote.
Trees can cut output, so we check them at the assessment. We look at where shade falls across the day and place panels on the cleanest part of the roof. If shade is patchy, panel-level optimisers can stop one shaded panel dragging down the rest. If a roof is a poor fit, we will tell you plainly.
Often, yes. If the house roof is shaded or too small, a shed roof or a ground mount can carry the array, provided the structure is sound and the cable run back to the switchboard is sensible. We check the shed, the distance and the voltage drop at the assessment, then price any extra cabling in your quote.
Most homes are finished in a day, and larger systems take up to three. The assessment, design and paperwork happen beforehand, so install day is roof work, wiring and commissioning. We confirm the booked day with you ahead of time, and an electrician stays until the system is running and you have seen the monitoring app.
