16.63 kW Solar and 41.6 kWh Battery Installation in Lewiston, SA
35 LONGi panels, a 20 kW GoodWe inverter and five battery modules set up for full house backup, replacing the existing system, with a sunshade over the battery.
We install solar on rural homes, farm sheds and coastal houses across Yorke Peninsula and the Adelaide Plains, with our own electricians from Salisbury Plain.
Properties on the Peninsula do not look much like a suburban block. Roofs are often big sheds, power runs can be long, and some places sit a fair way from town. We design solar to suit that, starting with a free on-site assessment where an electrician checks the roof or shed, the switchboard and the supply.
Our own licensed team then installs it. We work from Balaklava and Two Wells through to Ardrossan, Moonta Bay, Port Hughes and Lewiston, as well as the townships further down the peninsula. Travel is not charged anywhere in our service area, and the quote costs nothing.
A licensed electrician measures your roof and your bill. No phone quotes.
This region covers a lot of ground. There is farming country around Balaklava and Owen, the Adelaide Plains towns of Two Wells and Mallala, and a string of coastal townships such as Ardrossan, Port Vincent and Edithburgh, with Moonta Bay and Port Hughes further up the coast. Properties run from town houses to farm blocks, big sheds and holiday homes.
A large shed roof is often the best place for panels: plenty of space, simple access and a good angle to the sun. House roofs vary between tile and tin. Where a roof will not do, a ground mount in a clear spot can work. Larger sites may also be on three phase, which we check before we size the system.
A long cable between a shed and the main board loses power if the cable is too small, so we work out the cable size and route before anything is ordered. We also look at what the supply at a remote property can carry. If you are weighing up going off grid, we will talk through what a battery bank and a generator input would involve and whether it makes sense for the way you live.
It starts with a free 60-minute assessment on site. We design from your bills, install with our own licensed electricians and hand the system over with the monitoring set up. Larger systems can take up to three days, and we plan the visits around your property.
We have been installing since 2017 and give a 10-year warranty on our workmanship. There is no travel charge anywhere in our service area, so a quote for solar in Two Wells or at the far end of the peninsula costs the same as one in the suburbs: nothing.
Real jobs in the region, added as our crews finish them.

Yes. Sheds are often the best place for panels, so we check the roof sheeting, the frame and the cable run back to your switchboard. If the roof is shaded, old or facing the wrong way, a ground mount in a clear spot can work instead. We talk through both options at the assessment and tell you which we would choose and why.
Both. Some properties are a long way from the network, and for those we design off-grid systems with a battery bank and a generator input where it is needed. For places that are connected, we install grid-tied systems with or without a battery. Either way, we size the system from how you actually use power.
No. There is no travel charge anywhere in our service area, and that includes small towns and farms a long way out. Our electricians travel from our office at Salisbury Plain, and both the on-site assessment and the quote are free. We would rather spend the time on your design than charge you for the drive.
Most homes are finished in a day, and larger systems can take up to three. A big shed array or a ground mount sits at the longer end, since there is more cable to run and more to fix down. We give you a realistic timeframe in the quote, and we tell you early if the site or the weather changes it.
