Our own licensed electricians design and fit solar across Port Adelaide, from the Semaphore foreshore to the workshop roofs around Wingfield and Gillman.
Looking for solar installers in Port Adelaide? The people on your roof are our own licensed electricians, travelling from our Salisbury Plain office. We do not subcontract the install.
We work in Albert Park and Alberton, and across Semaphore, Largs Bay, Birkenhead and Wingfield, on houses and on commercial roofs. The first step is a free on-site assessment of about an hour. We look at the roof, the switchboard and your power bills, then design a system around how you actually use electricity and put the quote in writing. We also tell you what to expect on the day.
A licensed electrician measures your roof and your bill. No phone quotes.
Port Adelaide is one of the oldest parts of the city, and the housing shows it. Ethelton, Glanville and Birkenhead have older cottages and villas, many with roofs that have carried weather for decades. Along the coast from Largs Bay through Semaphore to North Haven there are beachside homes. Inland, around Wingfield, Gillman and Ottoway, the roofs belong to workshops, warehouses and yards with a lot of area to use.
Each of those needs a different look. An older roof gets checked for sheet condition and fixings before anything is bolted to it. We also tell you early if a section of roof is better left alone. A home near the water gets mounting and fittings chosen with salt air in mind. A commercial roof comes down to daytime load, and very often to three phase supply.
It starts with the free assessment. We measure up, check shade and the switchboard, and go through your bills. Then you get a design and a written quote. If you go ahead, our own electricians do the install and we handle the network application. At handover we show you how to read the monitoring.
Most homes are finished in a day. Larger systems can take up to three.
We have been installing since 2017, and we are certified for Sungrow, Sigenergy and Tesla Powerwall. Every install carries our 10 year workmanship warranty. Whether it is a Semaphore solar job on a family home or a system on a business roof in the industrial streets, the quote is free and there is no travel charge anywhere in our service area.
Real jobs in the region, added as our crews finish them.

Yes. We install on tile, tin and flat roofs, and an older roof gets checked first. We look at the sheeting or tiles, the fixings and the framing underneath, and we tell you straight if a section needs work before panels go on. If it does, you hear about it at the assessment, not on the day.
No, we handle it. Network approval and the connection application are part of the job, and our electricians sign off the electrical work. You do not need to ring the network yourself. We lodge what is needed, tell you if anything is outstanding, and the system is switched on once the connection is cleared.
Most homes are finished in a day, and larger systems can take up to three. Access, roof layout and whether the switchboard needs work all play a part. At the assessment we give you a realistic time for your roof, so there are no surprises on the morning the crew arrives.
It can be, especially where the machines run in daylight. A business roof is designed around daytime use and the site’s supply, often three phase. At the assessment we look at your bills and your trading hours, and the quote shows what the system should produce. It is free, and there is no travel charge.
