Not always. We check how shade moves across the roof during the day and place panels where they get the most sun. If part of a roof is shaded, we can often use another face or choose equipment that copes better with partial shade. We show you the layout first.
Very little. Check your monitoring now and then, give the panels a clean if they get dirty, and call us if output drops. You can also book us to service a system if you want a closer look. Anything that stops working falls under our workmanship warranty or the manufacturer’s.
Yes. Our licensed electricians do the wiring, mounting and testing themselves. The only outside trades we use are crane crews on large commercial lifts, which does not apply to a home. You deal with our staff from the assessment to the handover.
