26.52 kW Solar and 48.36 kWh Sigenergy Battery Installation in Toorak Gardens, SA
52 panels with Tigo optimisers, a 25 kW Sigenergy three phase inverter, 48.36 kWh of battery and house backup, 26.52 kW in all.
We fit batteries from Unley to Campbelltown, and sort the switchboard and backup so it all works together.
Plenty of eastern suburbs homes already have solar and are now looking at storage. Others are planning both together. Either way, we start with what your home uses after dark, because that is what a battery is for.
Our own licensed electricians handle the install from the Adelaide office at Salisbury Plain, covering Unley, Norwood, Magill, Hyde Park and the foothills with no travel charge.
The first step is a free 60-minute assessment. We check where the battery can sit, whether the switchboard can take it and whether you want backup for the whole house or only a few circuits. Then you get a written quote based on your bills.
A licensed electrician measures your roof and your bill. No phone quotes.
Many homes here are older, and that matters more for a battery than for panels. A battery needs a sensible spot: a garage wall, the side of the house, a shed, or a cool, ventilated corner clear of living areas and anything that blocks access. Tight blocks in the inner east and sloping sites in the foothills both need some thought. We agree the location with you before we order anything.
Old switchboards are the other common job. A battery with backup often needs the board rearranged or upgraded, and we quote that as its own line so you can see what it costs.
If your panels are already on the roof, we can usually add storage, either by coupling to the existing inverter on the AC side or by replacing it with a hybrid. Which is better depends on its age, make and condition. We tell you which we would pick and why, and we work on systems other companies installed.
We are certified for Sungrow, Sigenergy and Tesla Powerwall, and our own electricians do the work with a 10-year workmanship warranty. Quotes are free and there is no travel charge. Whether you want to ride out an outage or just stop buying power at night, the design starts from your bills and your switchboard, not a fixed package.
We also take care of the paperwork and the network connection, then show you the app at handover so you know what the battery is doing.
Real jobs in the region, added as our crews finish them.

Usually, yes. Many existing systems can be paired with a battery by AC coupling, and others are better replaced with a hybrid inverter. We look at the inverter’s make, age and capacity at the assessment and recommend the cleaner option. We work with systems installed by other companies as well.
Often, but the board has to be safe first. If it is overcrowded, has ceramic fuses or lacks modern protection, we quote an upgrade as part of the job. Our electricians do the switchboard and battery work together, so you deal with one team and one quote.
Our installation work carries a 10-year workmanship warranty, and the battery and inverter have their own manufacturer warranties. If something is wrong, you call us first. We work out whether it is an install issue or a product issue and who needs to act, so you are not passed around.
Yes. Sungrow, Sigenergy and Tesla all have apps that show solar output, battery charge, home use and grid flow. We set up monitoring at handover, connect it to your wifi and show you what each screen means, so you can see for yourself whether the battery is doing its job.
