Batteries perform best out of direct sun and with room for air to move. On the Sunshine Coast, that rules out some of the sunny walls and tight cupboards homes offer. In Mooloolaba, where many properties are compact or built around a garage, we look for a shaded, ventilated position that still allows safe access.
If you are after solar batteries Mooloolaba properties suit, we cover the battery, the connection to your solar and switchboard, and backup wiring if you want it. Some customers pair a battery with new solar, others add it to a system that has been running for years. We commission it and show you the app.
Our own electricians do all of this work, and the workmanship carries a 10-year warranty. We are certified for Sungrow, Sigenergy and Tesla Powerwall. Every quote is in writing, with the battery, wiring and any switchboard work listed so you can compare it with others.

Batteries have a working temperature range, and long exposure to direct sun or heat is not good for them. We choose a shaded, ventilated spot, such as a garage wall or the cooler side of the house, and follow the manufacturer’s clearance rules.
