13.26 kW Solar and 20 kWh Battery Installation in Medindie Gardens, SA
A full solar replacement over two days: 26 AIKO panels, a Sungrow inverter and a 20 kWh Sungrow battery.
Switchboards, three phase upgrades and EV chargers across Adelaide, done by our own licensed team from the Salisbury Plain office.
Our solar business is run by electricians, so the electrical side of a job gets full attention. Across Adelaide, from North Adelaide, Walkerville and Prospect to Medindie, Collinswood and Gilberton, we upgrade switchboards, convert homes to three phase and install EV chargers.
Everything is done by our own licensed electricians from the Adelaide office at Salisbury Plain. The first step is a free 60-minute visit on site, where we look at your board, your supply and what you want to add. Quotes are free, there is no travel charge, and you will know what the work involves before you agree to anything.
A licensed electrician measures your roof and your bill. No phone quotes.
A lot of older Adelaide housing still has an old switchboard: ceramic fuses, a small panel with no safety switches, or a board crowded with circuits added over the years. Modern loads such as EV chargers, heat pump hot water, air conditioning, solar and batteries ask more of it. A switchboard upgrade replaces the old board with a modern one, with safety switches and room to grow, and it is often the first job before anything else is added. We test every circuit before we leave and show you what each switch controls, so the new board is labelled and makes sense to the next person who opens it.
Three phase can make sense for bigger homes, larger solar systems and heavy loads, and we check what your supply and meter allow before we promise anything. EV chargers are another common job. We install chargers from Sigenergy, Tesla and GoodWe, and we run the circuit properly from the board rather than borrowing an existing one.
If solar or a battery is coming later, we can wire the board now so the later work does not mean redoing the first. Anyone looking for an electrician in Adelaide who understands solar will find that is what we do all day.
The visit is free and the quote is in writing. Our own licensed electricians do the work, not subcontractors, and it carries our 10-year workmanship warranty. We are certified for Sungrow, Sigenergy and Tesla Powerwall for when the solar side comes in. There is no travel charge anywhere in our service area.

Often, yes, especially if you plan to add solar, a battery or a charger. An old board may lack safety switches or room for new circuits. We inspect it at the free visit and tell you what it needs, which can be a full upgrade or something smaller.
Sometimes. It depends on what the supply to your street and property allows, and on your meter and board. We check at the visit and tell you whether three phase is possible and whether it is worth doing for what you want to run.
We install chargers from Sigenergy, Tesla and GoodWe. We check the board can take the extra load, run a dedicated circuit and commission the charger. A garage is usually the easy part, and the board is where the work is. We tell you at the visit if anything needs upgrading.
Usually it helps. If the board needs replacing, doing it first avoids paying to disconnect and refit solar later. We look at the board and tell you what must be done now and what can wait. Doing both together can also save a second visit.
