Solar and batteries only work as well as the wiring behind them. That is why our electricians also do general electrical work around Bribie Island, from switchboard upgrades to EV charger installs and three phase upgrades.
We cover Banksia Beach, Bongaree, Woorim, Bellara, Ningi and Sandstone Point from our Corbould Park office. Tell us what is on your list and we will look at it during a free 60-minute assessment: what needs doing, what can wait, and what it costs. No travel charge, and the quote is free. Our own licensed electricians do the work from start to finish.
A licensed electrician measures your roof and your bill. No phone quotes.
Most of our electrical jobs on the island start with a switchboard. An older board with ceramic fuses or no spare ways cannot take a solar inverter, a battery or an EV charger safely, so we replace or upgrade it and label the circuits properly. Where a house needs more power, we also handle single phase to three phase upgrades, and we arrange the supply side with the network.
Bribie Island has plenty of older houses that were wired long before anyone planned for solar, and sea air is hard on outdoor fittings. We check the condition of switchboards, outdoor isolators, conduit and meter boxes, and replace what is corroded or no longer meets current rules.
EV chargers are a common add-on. We fit a wall charger near the switchboard from Sigenergy, Tesla or GoodWe, and where you have solar we can set it up so the roof helps feed the car. If you only need an electrician for a small job, ask. We keep an eye on the bigger picture while we are there and tell you if something else needs attention.
Our licensed electricians do the work themselves. We have been installing since 2017, and our workmanship carries a 10-year warranty. The assessment is free, quotes are free, and there is no travel charge anywhere in our service area, including Sandstone Point and Ningi on the mainland side. If you are looking for an electrician on Bribie Island who also understands solar, start with a call.

Not always. We check the board’s condition, spare space and safety protection. If it has no room for new circuits, uses old ceramic fuses or lacks modern safety switches, we upgrade it before an inverter or battery goes on. If it is sound, we leave it alone and say so in the quote.
Yes. We install EV chargers from Sigenergy, Tesla and GoodWe, usually near the switchboard to keep the cable run short. We check your supply can handle the load first. With solar on the roof, a charger can use your own power during the day, and we explain how at the assessment.
Yes, commercial sites are part of our work too: switchboards, three phase supply and EV chargers alongside solar. Tell us what the site runs and when it trades, so we can plan outages around opening hours. We assess on site for free, with no travel charge.
After the free assessment we put the scope and price in writing. Straightforward jobs like a charger or a switchboard swap can often be quoted quickly, while bigger upgrades take longer because we check supply details first. We tell you at the visit how long to expect, so you are not left waiting by the phone.
