15.3 kW Solar and 39 kWh Battery Installation in Para Hills, SA
30 AIKO panels on a tile roof, a 10 kW single phase Sigenergy inverter and five batteries with whole-home backup, replacing an existing solar system.

The battery and the sub board are a long way apart at this Adelaide home, and that shaped the job. The cable runs from the battery along a concrete fence line, into the roof and down to the sub board under the staircase. We allowed for 10 mm AC cable to cover it.
Up top are 15 Jinko Solar Tiger Neo JKM510N-60HL4-V panels at 510 W each, 7.65 kW in all, on Kliplok brackets. The black panels sit on a pale corrugated metal roof. A Sigenergy SigenStor EC 5.0 TP inverter, 5 kW and three phase, ties them in.
Two Sigenergy SigenStor BAT 8.0 batteries give 16.12 kWh in total, 15.6 kWh usable. The white battery stands against a courtyard wall among potted plants, beside a paved path, and a new switchboard with isolators is on a white wall.
No backup is part of this system. Sigenergy is one of the brands we are certified to install.
