30.09 kW Off-Grid Solar and 40 kWh Battery System in Mount Pleasant, SA
59 Jinko panels on connected shed roofs, a 25 kW three phase Sungrow hybrid inverter and a 40 kWh Sungrow battery, running without a grid connection.

6.4 kW continuous, 21 kWh of storage and a 7 kW PV rating. That is the off-grid kit at Mount Pleasant.
It is built around a Victron Quattro 48/8000/110-100/100 inverter charger, a Victron MPPT 450/100 and a Victron Cerbo GX. Six Pylontech US3000C lithium battery modules hold the energy, and 15 Jinko Mono N type panels sit on a Clenergy racking kit to suit the tin roof. We also supplied the fuses, cabling consumables and balance of system kit.
Inside a metal shed, the Victron inverter and breakers are on a black board, and the battery rack stands in an open black cabinet fitted with orange cables. A diesel generator sits on the grass beside the shed.
There is no mains supply on site, so the batteries carry the evening and overnight. We set up the Victron VRM monitoring portal so the owner can check how the system is performing.
