30.09 kW Off-Grid Solar and 40 kWh Battery System in Mount Pleasant, SA
59 Jinko panels on connected shed roofs, a 25 kW three phase Sungrow hybrid inverter and a 40 kWh Sungrow battery, running without a grid connection.

Macclesfield is off the grid, so the system has to supply the property on its own, with a generator as backup.
On the roof are 30 Jinko Solar Tiger Neo Satin 440 W panels, 13.2 kW in total, black on a grey corrugated roof, on Clenergy racking. The power cabinet is an IP55 outdoor unit holding a Victron 15 kVA inverter charger, a DC coupled Victron MPPT 450/200, six 4.8 kWh Pylontech US5000B batteries (28.8 kWh usable), a Victron GX Touch controller and a built-in AC and DC switchboard.
The system has generator auto start and lifetime access to the Victron VRM portal for remote monitoring. The cabinet stands on a concrete slab on the rural block, beside the water tanks and the diesel generator.
