30.09 kW Off-Grid Solar and 40 kWh Battery System in Mount Pleasant, SA
59 Jinko panels on connected shed roofs, a 25 kW three phase Sungrow hybrid inverter and a 40 kWh Sungrow battery, running without a grid connection.

This is an upgrade to an off-grid system that was already there.
The solar addition is 15 Jinko Tiger Neo panels at 440 W, 6.6 kW, in one block on a corrugated roof, with a 5 kW Fronius Primo GEN24 inverter. Two more Pylontech US5000B modules went into the existing cabinet, adding 10 kWh.
The generator is a 13.2 kVA single phase Commodore diesel with two wire auto start. We supplied it with cabling from the existing Quattro, an AC isolator, Bluesmart charging and a power point for the charger.
To bring the Fronius into the existing Victron system, data cabling was run to the shed through the underground conduit already in place, along with extra internet cabling. The generator is there as the backup.
