Around that went a 10 kVA off-grid kit for a Concordia farm, with 13 kW of solar and 30 kWh of storage. On the grey Colorbond shed roof sit 31 Jinko Tiger Neo 440 W panels. Inside, a MultiPlus-II 48/10000 inverter charger and a SmartSolar MPPT RS 450/200 charge controller work with six Pylontech US5000B battery modules in a 32RU indoor cabinet.
A balance of system kit covers the cables, circuit breakers, lugs and data connections. On a black wall in the open shed, the inverters and isolators sit beside a white cabinet. There is no mains supply, so the panels carry the daytime and the batteries carry the evening and overnight.
