One whole row of panels had stopped reporting on this Beulah Park Enphase system. A relay turned out to be faulty too, and the existing system came off the roof.
In its place went 15 Jinko SolarTigerNeo JKM440N-54HL4 panels at 440 W, 6.6 kW in total, each paired with its own Enphase IQ8HC-72-M-INT microinverter rated 0.38 kW. They sit on Clenergy racking for the roof type, a light grey corrugated roof with a whirlybird vent.
We set up standard wifi monitoring to keep the system compliant with SA Power Networks flexible exports and remote shut down, handled the network approvals, and removed and safely disposed of the old system. The photos also show a labelled solar distribution board on an external wall, an Enphase gateway, and a thermal camera image with hot spots across an array.
