15.3 kW Solar and 39 kWh Battery Installation in Para Hills, SA
30 AIKO panels on a tile roof, a 10 kW single phase Sigenergy inverter and five batteries with whole-home backup, replacing an existing solar system.

This Glenalta home asked for a mid-size solar system, a large battery and a way to deal with shading across the roof.
Every one of the 36 panels has its own Tigo TS4-A-O optimiser, so each works independently and shade is handled panel by panel. The panels are LONGi Hi-MO X10 Explorer 475 W, 17.1 kW in total, on the north and north-east faces of a grey concrete tile roof.
The inverter is a GoodWe ESA GW15K-ETA-G20 rated at 15 kW, with five GoodWe GW8.3-BAT-D-G20 battery modules, 41.6 kWh in total. The battery is fixed to a brick wall at ground level, isolator box beside it. It takes the surplus from the roof, and the evening runs from it before the grid.
