Start with the switchboard. At this Woodside home the main board was empty and the house is supplied through a sub board, so the sub board got the upgrade: a new 48 module Hager switchboard, circuits changed to Type A RCBOs and RCDs, with room left for more.
The old solar system was removed and replaced. In its place are 31 Jinko Solar Tiger Neo JKM510N-60HL4-V panels at 510 W each, 15.81 kW in total, and a Sigenergy SigenStor EC 10.0 TP inverter at 10 kW, three phase.
Two Sigenergy SigenStor BAT 8.0 batteries add 16.12 kWh, 15.6 kWh usable, with a three phase Sigenergy Gateway and a house backup allowance. The white battery is fixed to a stone wall under the eave, beside the new switchboard and its clear layout. Sigenergy trained us on this gear, and we are a certified installer.
