This Palmview home already had solar and wanted battery storage added. The retrofit swapped the inverter and added the batteries, and no new panels were part of it.
Out came the existing Fronius inverter. In went a GoodWe ESA GW10K-ETA-G20 rated at 10 kW, with four GoodWe GW8.3-BAT-D-G20 batteries for 33.28 kWh, each rated at 8 kWh usable. The existing solar was restrung to the opposite side of the garage. Labour was allowed at one day.
