Not everything done at this Parafield Gardens home was solar.
The extra electrical list ran to a 50 W sensor floodlight by the pool, a new oven, a swapped-over rangehood, a bathroom heat, fan and light unit and eight ceiling fans. The customer supplied the fixtures, and the fans were wired back into the switchboard.
The main job was solar with a large battery: 31 AIKO Solar Neostar 2P panels, a 16.12 kW system, with a 10 kW GoodWe ESA GW9.999K-EHA-G20 inverter. Four GoodWe GW8.3-BAT-D-G20 batteries store 33.28 kWh, 32 kWh usable. Clenergy racking, network pre-approval and rubbish removal were all part of it.
The panels sit on a pale tin roof. The battery tower is mounted on a cream brick wall under a carport, with a tidy wall isolator and a PV and ES cabinet beside it.
