Stonyfell had an older solar setup and wanted a full home energy system, with a battery and EV charging included.
New on the roof are 26 AIKO Neostar 510 W panels, black, facing east on tile. They connect to a Sigenergy SigenStor EC 15.0 TP inverter at 15 kW, with four SigenStor BAT 8.0 batteries and a Sigenergy EVAC 7 charger.
A Sigenergy three phase gateway provides house backup, taken from Type A breakers where we could. The old system was removed. The existing 6.6 kW system on the Fronius inverter was kept, and the new panels were wired to the Sigenergy inverter.
The battery is fixed to a rendered side wall beside a glass-block window, and the new switchboard is clearly labelled. We are a Sigenergy certified installer.
