The house circuits at Modbury North sit on an indoor switchboard, so the board was upgraded along with the new system. It now has new Hager RCBO circuits, a new busbar and a new earth link, and the work was tested for compliance with AS3000.
The system itself is an 11 kW array of 25 AIKO Neostar 2S panels at 440 W, a Sungrow SH10RS hybrid inverter rated at 10 kW and a Sungrow SBR128 battery, 12.8 kWh usable. The inverter is mounted on an external brick wall, with a small isolator beside it.
Up top, all-black panels sit in blocks on a terracotta concrete tile roof, next to a metal roofed section. We hold Sungrow installer certification.
