Two Panasonic split systems went in with the solar at Pooraka. They are Premium Inverter NanoeX Wifi wall units, one 2.5 kW and one 6 kW, supplied and installed alongside the new panels.
The solar replaced an existing system: 24 Jinko Tiger Neo JKM440N-54HL4 panels at 440 W, 10.56 kW, on Clenergy racking across several faces of a Colorbond tin roof with whirlybirds. The inverter, a Sungrow Residential SH8.0RS-ADA at 8 kW, and an AC isolator box are fixed to the brick wall in the side passage.
Three days for the lot. We are a certified Sungrow installer, and with the panels and air conditioners installed together, midday cooling can run from the solar rather than be bought from the grid.
