One hangs on a mid-brown brick wall beside the grey backup gateway box, which is labelled for PV and energy storage. The other stands on the floor beneath the meter box. The job also includes a Tesla Gateway 2 controller and a stack kit, and a RapidMesh rubber wheel stopper was supplied with it. We install Powerwalls as a certified Tesla Powerwall installer.
The gateway manages the connection to the grid and supports backup, and the batteries hold energy for the times the house needs it most.
