Three-Home Solar and Battery Installation in Ashford, SA
Solar and Sigenergy batteries installed at three homes on one site: 29 panels and a 24 kWh battery at the front home, 16 panels and a 16 kWh battery at each of the two back homes.

Out went the old solar system at this Golden Grove home, and in went a new one, with a battery and an EV charger added. The existing panels and parts were recycled or donated through approved channels.
The new array is 22 LONGi Hi-MO X10 Explorer 475 W panels, 10.45 kW, blue-framed and running along the edge of a grey concrete-tile roof. A GoodWe ESA GW9.999K-EHA-G20 inverter at 10 kW runs it, with three GoodWe GW8.3-BAT-D-G20 batteries, 8 kWh usable each. The battery is installed in the garage.
A GoodWe GW7K-HCA-20 EV charger and a bollard were installed, and blackout protection was allowed for. The EV charger lets the car charge from the same solar supply.
